Rockbridge Seminary was founded by Dr. Daryl Eldridge, Dr. Sam Simmons, and Dr. Gary Waller based on a new paradigm of global ministry training. Along with Dr. Eldridge, Dr. Simmons and Dr. Waller continue to contribute to the Rockbridge learning community.

Dr. Eldridge holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Drury University, a Master of Arts in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Southwestern. Prior to the start of Rockbridge Seminary, he served seven years as Dean of the School of Educational Ministries at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Eldridge has a rich background in seminary leadership and teaching experience. He has led in accreditation and curriculum reviews several institutions.
Dr. Simpson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Spring Arbor College, a Master of Arts in Christian Education degree from Denver Seminary, a Master of Arts in Education degree from DePauw University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Studies degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Dr. Simpson previously served at Oakland City University, Indiana as Coordinator of Online Learning and Professor of Christian Education and Religious Studies. He also has served as Dean of Innovative Learning at another distance learning institution, and Associate Dean of Doctoral Studies and Digital Learning at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Linda Graber, Director of Alumni Relations and Ministry Partners, holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Oklahoma Baptist University and a Master of Ministry Leadership from Rockbridge Seminary. Linda is a certified Life Purpose Coach and instructor with Life Purpose Coaching Centers International.
