STUDENTS HAVE 24/7 ACCESS TO ROCKBRIDGE SEMINARY LIBRARY.

Students can search the American Theological Library Association’s database of full-text journal articles, book reviews, and collections of essays in all fields of religion and the Religion and Philosophy Collection (EBSCO) of full-text journals covering topics such as world religions, major denominations, biblical studies, religious history, epistemology, political philosophy, philosophy of language, moral philosophy, and the history of philosophy.

Students can also connect through the library to pre-selected internet sites providing original documents, studies, and learning community connections in the fields of Bible, theology, church history, church ministry, evangelism, missions, and religious studies. Each course is designed with reference materials and internet-linked research articles embedded into the study units. A theological librarian is available to assist Rockbridge Seminary students with their research.

Meet our Librarian

Seth Allen is Rockbridge Seminary’s Theological Librarian.  He holds a B.A. in Sociology and Spanish from Wingate University and a Master of Library and Information Science from University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He also holds Graduate Certificates in Sociology and Educational Media. He has also held library positions at New Life Theological Seminary, Carolina Graduate School of Divinity, Bryan College, and King University.
